I have several UniFi AP – LR ‘s running on firmware 4.0.14.9736. I seem to be unable to update them through UniFi . (5.9.29) The upgrade prompt is there 4.0.14.9736 to 4.0.15.9872 but it wont take. I know this doesn’t explain why the access point is having the issue but you can try updating the ap through ssh just to get it upgraded.
8/12/2019 · – Custom upgrade . get the firmware version from ubiquity and paste the link there and try forcefully upgrade the AP `s. – Forget this device. note that this will erase all settings and info about the AP . and you will need to add it back into the network. Hope any of this helps you out.

Now from the SSH prompt for the UAP-AC-LR, you can issue the upgrade command: upgrade https://dl.ui.com/unifi/firmware/U7PG2/4.0.69.10871/BZ.qca956x.v4.0.69.10871.191109.0533.bin. The device should reboot with the new firmware version which you can verify with the info command.

Setelah mendownload firmware terbaru access point unifi , rename namanya menjadi fwupdate.bin, kemudian buka aplikasi WinSCP. Pada tampilan Session File protocol ubah menjadi SCP, hostname alamat ip access point unifi (alamat ip ini bisa dilihat di menu device pada controller unifi ), port number 22, Username : ubnt, password : ubnt dan klik login.
